Active-duty service member and licensed mental health professional specializing in trauma-informed care. Extensive experience supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

Proven leader in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and delivering evidence-based interventions that improve outcomes and ensure continuity of care.

Her work with Sentinel is conducted in a personal capacity and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any federal agency.
